Goal Summary:
In this unit, students will focus on the chapters 'My favourite...' in the My Topics textbook. They will start project 1 in their 'English' textbook (page 54). By the end of this unit students will be able to express different reasons for having their favourite food, TV programme and popstar. They will expand their reasoning such as, "My favourite food is Sichuan cuisine because I like spicy flavours/My favourite TV programme is 'A Bite of China' because I like to cook. I hope one day I can make food like the chefs on the show".
