The Lesson Builder aims to be the go-to tool for the 3.7 million K-12 teachers in the United States to build and share their lessons and units.
What We Believe
Think about the potential impact we could make. There are 3.7 million K-12 teachers in the United States, delivering an average of three unique lessons per day, for an average of 180 days per year. That's over one billion lessons per year. If The Lesson Builder can make just a tiny impact on speeding up planning for teachers and improving quality for students, that impact could be multiplied a billion-fold.
What We Offer
The core of The Lesson Builder is a fully customizable template that teachers use to structure and plan their lessons and units. What makes this better than a basic Word document is that The Lesson Builder was designed specifically for teachers, and offers specialized tools to assist in lesson and unit planning:
- Template customizability fits your style of planning, not ours
- Automatic formatting designed to make plans look professional
- Access-anywhere editing
- Easy sharing with administrators
- Common Core support
