Hand Writing With Out Tears

Objective:

Children will learn to manipulate and use a new form of technology. Children will practice how to write letters using HWT. Start with letter Bb and practice each 3 times. This is a prewriting activity as well as a technology awareness activity. Later in the year, the iPad will be used as a tool to test children and save their scores in a file for each child to be used for assessments and conferences.

Make sure to remind the children that they sit while using the iPads and that they are to use only the HWT app and to raise their hands if they need help.
