What Are Cookies? Authors purpose
Objective:
Word Analysis Student will be able to decode and apply grade level phonics and word analysis skills . Student will be able to understand the process of when you add an or or er to the end of a verb it will create a noun.
Literary Terms - Sensory Terms Teacher will show diagram with the five senses written on the board. Will then have the students recall the story " Jefferson's Bargain" from last weeks reading to find the sensory words that were used by the author to describe things.
STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO : read another story interdependently focusing on sensory words and making a list in their writing journal.
