What Are Cookies? Reflection:
I decided to take a new approach by seeing how the class responds to me as a teacher when doing a worksheet together. I thought this went well. The paraeducators were at their stations helping the three students they are assigned to. There are still pacing issues, but I believe I am getting the hang of it. I never realized until now how important it was to keep an eye on the clock. This will be something I will have to work on going forward.
