What Are Cookies? Objective:
Each student will build on their knowledge of addition by doing the reverse, thus being subtraction. They will learn the various definitions that are related to subtraction as well as be able to perform subtraction problems using numbers, number words and objects as a visual aid. They will work as a group, then go to their centers to work in smaller groups, then individually. Various activities have been planned to re-enforce the subtraction lesson and for assessment of each student.
