What Are Cookies? War in the Pacific, Victory and Conferences
Objective:
Students will learn about the Japanese advance across the Pacific in 1942, in addition to how the Allies stopped this advance and began battling toward Japan. Students will learn how the Allies finally gained victory in Europe after Germany's surrender. They will understand how the Nazis murdered millions of Jews and others during the Holocaust, and the ways in which victory in the Pacific came after the US dropped the atomic bombs on Japan.
