What Are Cookies? "Old Lady" Stories

This lesson will be presented the week of 11/4-8. The kindergarten classes are going to begin a series “old lady” stories in the library, so I thought these granny stories would launch the unit nicely.
Objective:
The students will articulate how the grannies in the three stories are different and what is special about each one. Students will recognize stereotypes of grannies. Students will participte in the reading of the stories by choral responses.
