Ensure that children are using scissors and materials safely and correctly at all times with the help of the teaching assistants by having an adult as part of each team so this can be monitored, as well as making sure all children are involved in the activity and no one is excluded or being neglected by the team.

Prep:

Set up all the tables to be two large work stations and have one row set up at front for materials.
Have aprons laid out for each students
Setting out materials so they are easy to see and choose from, setting up paints and brushes into separate pots.
