This is an inter- disciplinary lesson that is incorporating reading, technology, physical education, and character building skills. Time allotment is accordingly used.

Have supplies ready and available
Materials:
Have sections and roles printed out on paper ready to go to hand to students in small groups
Have adapter for iPads (Lighting Apple Adapter) hooked to smart board
Set up Whiteboard App and make sure all iPads are able to access it before
Markers, paper, and pencils for drawing activity
Have responsibility chart ready on a new page on smart board for the class discussion
Have "Calm it Down" video ready
