Objective:
Students will be able to demonstrate a volleyball pass with proper form. Legs are a bit wider than shoulder width apart with knees bent at 90 degrees, trunk leans slightly forward, hands are gripped to form a flat surface on the forearms, the body lifts from the knees as the arms move slightly toward target when contact is made with the lower portion of the forearms and ball.
Other Information:
Teacher will demonstrate a proper volleyball pass by lifting with the knees as contact is made with the lower flat surface of forearms.
Prep:
Volleyball nets set-up, various balls in cart
Materials:
6 volleyball nets, 10 volleyballs, 5 larger sized neon volleyballs, 5 beach balls
