What Are Cookies? Explain that not every entry can be recorded in a special journal. Have students name the 5 special journals from chapter 10. Have students name the 5 posting steps to subsidiary ledger. Checking for understanding.
Reflection:
Students will discuss and reflect the importance of organization. They will engage in class discussion of effective accounting practice as it applies to life skills and real job market experience. Ex. Keeping good bank records, tracking daily costs, sales tax updates based on demographics.
Prep:
Students will review class assignments from previous class session. Students will engage in Questions and Answers for past chapters to reinforce understanding.
Materials:
Accounting textbook, workbook, and self text notes for testing notation, white board, school supplies, Elmo if available.
