Objective:
Students will have the opportunity to examine the number of plants and animals in different habits and compare the differences between disturbed and undisturbed areas.

Through this investigation, students will also be able to identify abiotic characteristics of undisturbed areas and disturbed areas, measure biodiversity qualitatively, and describe the ecological benefits of biodiversity.
