The source of that information is "The Learning Circle: Classroom Activities on First Nations in Canada — ages 4 to 7" (researched and written by Harvey McCue and Associates for Indian and Northern Affairs Canada).
Also, review the information about Glooscap and also preview the short video of a Glooscap story called "Summer Legend" which you will be showing to your students. And, familiarize yourself with "How Rabbit Got His Long Ears".
