Students will be able to compare 2-3 sets of prime factor lists to determine common base numbers in the set and identify the greater value of these common base numbers.
Students will be able to use the prome factorization of 2-3 numbers to find the GCF and LCM of these numbers.
Prep:
Students will come prepared with knowledge of factors, multiples, listing factors, listing multiples, finding GCF within a list of factors, finding LCM within a list of multiples, and how to find prime factors of a given number using the factor tree method or the step method.
