What Are Cookies? The news is full of stories about changes to nutritional labels on our food packaging and changes to the nation's public school lunch programs. Reports of cities outlawing salt in restaurants, banning the use of trans fats, and limiting drink sizes have made headlines. Even the beloved food pyramid is no longer sacred and has been modified. Is this a giant government conspiracy? Can we trust the FDA mandated nutritional labels. Is an appropriate serving size of Wavy Lays really only 11 chips? Really? 11? Most of us are just getting started at 11 chips.
