What Are Cookies? Reflection:
- This week, students finished and turned in their flashcard projects. Students used the flashcards to study for their Literary Devices Test, which overall, the scores were really well. I feel like the flashcard project is a good one that should be done again, but that the expectations should be faster-paced and student should have been given a tentative schedule to go by.
- Now that the first three mini-units have been completed, students will be pre-tested over their on-demand writing skills, as well as their K-PREP Reading Comprehension skills. Students were very nervous about the on-demand practice, and I can already tell that they struggled a lot with time-management.
