Occasionally we have a "Today in History" day. Yesterday we discussed the heighten discrimination against African Americans during the 1920's. Today is the anniversary of the 1965 Selma to Montgomery March. The objective is to show students the long struggle for justice and equality..and how the struggle continues today.
