Objective:
Students will continue working on their career portfolio. This lesson focuses on incorporating evidence-based claims in writing. Students will learn how to develop a paragraph that includes direct and indirect evidence. They will also use a rubric to identify their writing strengths and weaknesses. The goal of this lesson is to make students aware of excellent research writing while helping students develop better writing techniques.
